I prioritise space to hear what is going on for you and your body. And use this information to tailor-make a massage session that is specific to you.
My massage style is slow, firm and meditative, where I delicately weave sports and deep tissue massage with myofascial release and movement techniques to help slow your body and mind, soothe tired and aching muscles, restore pain-free movement, and leave you feeling more like you.

Tension is fundamental! Without it, we would be a pile of bones gathered on the ground, with no sense of which way is up or down.

Our bodies work hard to develop holding patterns that best correspond to the way we move and feel. Over time, these patterns can change. And as a result, we can hold onto excessive amounts of stress and tension.

I factor in an additional 15 minutes into our first session, where I use a specialist consultation process to inform me on the best treatment plan moving forward.
